My name is Vera Filizer. I am trying to find a house in Rotterdam in the budget of 1000-1100 euros (incl. utilities). I wanted to email you to see if you could help me with it.
To give you more information about myself; I have Italian citizenship.I am going to masters' in Chemical Engineering in Tu/Delft as of 1st of September. I don't smoke and I don't have any pets. I want to rent the house alone. I have student finance since I work more than 32 hours a month while studying. My guarantor lives and works in the Netherlands and earns a minimum of 5000 euros (6100 euros to be specific) I really like the house and I am interested to arrange a viewing. I could send the documents immediately if needed.
