Hi there,

I'm Sandeep or Sandy for short.

I'm a 38-year-old, male, international masters student (MCE) at RUAS starting February 1, 2024. I'm looking for a studio or room with private bath and shower from Mid-January to end 2024.

I'm a non-smoker, clean, and have rented for several years so I know how to treat someone else's home like I would my own. I prefer early mornings over late nights and any free time outside of my studies will go into exploring the city or running, reading, and writing. I don't have a habit of being noisy except for some laughter but we're all allowed that, aren't we? :)
