About the apartment:
Located at a lively neighbourhood near the city centre of Rotterdam, this building is housed in a row of typical Dutch buildings. Here, we offer you a comfortable stay, where you can enjoy excellent living conditions.
In front of the building, there are parking lots and you will be able to stall your bike here. When you enter the building, the accommodation is situated on the ground floor. Moreover, the shared kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and other facilities, such as an induction hob and a fridge. This area also contains washing facilities that are available for your use. Also, the washroom is shared with other tenants.

The room:
The room is located on the ground floor at the front side of the building. The furnished accommodation is spacious and comes with a private bathroom and a private garden! One would notice that the accommodation has high ceilings and large windows, making this place spacious to live in. In order to study and relax, the accommodation is furnished with high-quality equipment, including a premium quality box-spring bed, a sofa, a desk, a desk chair, a wardrobe and a storage cabinet. Moreover, the bathroom is fully tiled and contains a shower and a washbasin with a mirror cabinet.
We provide you with all the facilities necessary, from towels and bedding to the entire kitchen equipment, so that you are able to directly move into your Rotterdam home, without bringing anything other than your clothing and a toothbrush!

Location:
The accommodation is located in the ‘Liskwartier’ area in Rotterdam; a peaceful neighbourhood close to the vibrant city centre of Rotterdam. The location of the accommodation is ideal as supermarkets, local shops, drugstores and restaurants are situated around the accommodation. If you decide to buy a bicycle, you have the ability to relocate quick and efficiently. Rotterdam central, for example, is just 6 minutes away by bicycle. Apart from all the famous museums, architecture, and the harbour that are within close reach, Rotterdam’s most famous ‘Markthal’ (the largest covered food market) is reachable within 10 minutes by bicycle.
Though, if you would rather travel using public transport; there is a bus stop and a tram stop on a 4-minute walking distance while the ‘Rotterdam Noord’ train station is a 10- minute walk from the accommodation. By public transport, it will take you 20 minutes to the city centre of Rotterdam. All in all, the studio apartment is very well located for all your needs and wishes.

Shared responsibility:
We have a shared responsibility regarding the residence’s maintenance. We deliver a clean apartment with all the furniture you need, therefore we expect you to handle this with care.

Finance:
The monthly rental price includes the furniture. Furthermore, the advance service costs for gas, water, electricity, internet will be €120 per month, leading to a total monthly rental price of €700 per month. If you do not excessively use the utilities, then you will not have to pay extra. However, if the consumption of the utilities exceeds the utility costs, then you will be responsible for the additional fees.
The payment that is labelled as the ‘First month's rent’ will be regarded as the rental payment for your first full month of stay, as this amount is based on the duration of stay of one full per calendar month.
Check in/out date: as stated in the tenancy agreement, the rental period officially starts on the 1st day of the month or halfway through the month. This means that if you, for example, if you wish to book an accommodation from February 3rd onwards, your tenancy agreement will officially start on February 1st.

After the booking an additional payment request will be sent for the one-time administration fee of 299 euros.

DISCOUNT OFFER: If you are staying for five months or more and are planning to pay everything up front, then you will receive a discount on your rent; a 3% discount for 6 months and a 5% discount for 1 year! The offer is valid at a minimum of 5 months. Please inform us if you are interested in this offer and let us know the amount of months you are paying in advance, as this will save you hundreds of euros! Also, you do not have to pay the full amount until you have received your house keys.

Please keep in mind that all check-in appointments shall be carried out only on Monday to Saturday between 9AM and 9PM local time, based on availability; it is not normally possible to check-in on Sundays or on generally recognised Dutch holidays. In case you have booked an accommodation that officially starts today or tomorrow, always contact us directly by phone after your booking has been secured, since we cannot guarantee a check in within 48 hours of booking, as this depends on both your response time and our availability.
