Hi! My name is Leon van Otterdijk, I'm 25 years old and will be pursuing a master's degree at Erasmus University Rotterdam starting in September but I would like to move to Rotterdam as early as possible to work until then. I may have a Dutch name but I have lived mainly in Italy, where I grew up with my mom and sister. I speak English, Italian and a little bit of Dutch. I'm a quiet person and fully understand the value of respect of the homeowner as well as the people I share my space with. I enjoy cooking (my mom is a chef), sports and I enjoy going out every now and then for drinks but I tend to prefer to be at home.
I would be very interested in renting the room you have available long term. I am currently based in Rome so I would love to do an online viewing and generally just speak with you so we get to know each other a little better. If an online viewing is not available then would it be possible for my sister, who lives in the Netherlands, to come and view the place on my behalf? And I would need to register there! As for rent requirements, my parents will help me pay rent and provide bank statements to reassure you that I will always pay rent.
